Organization Index Page Added

Interest is growing among non-profit organizations and as they become part of Click. Buy. Help., they will be added to the new Organization Index page. In addition, the navigation at the top has changed to allow drop-down choices. For now, the initial two choices and others to be added will be in alphabetical order until another redesign is needed.
